ITinspired Makes the Inc. 5000 List

ITinspired is extremely proud to be listed on the Inc. 5000, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. In years past, Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on this list. Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter noted that companies appearing on the list should feel honored for their unparalleled years of hard work and sacrifice.

So how was the list chosen? The 2018 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2014 and 2017. We are excited to contribute to this group’s astounding three-year average growth of 538.2 percent. In addition, the Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $206 billion in 2017, accounting for 664,095 jobs over the past three years.

ITinspired grew an amazing 165% in three years ranking us at 2,584 nationally, number 17 in Louisiana and number 5 right here in Baton Rouge. Combine this new award with our company recently being listed as one of Inc.’s “Best Workplaces of 2018” and it all points to a very bright future. ITInspired would also like to congratulate all of the Louisiana-based companies that made the list such as Walk-On’s Bistreaux, Quality Engineering Services, Facilities Maintenance Management, Emergent Method, and others. We’re proud to be in such good company.

Our growth is not accidental, and can be attributed to finding the right customers who want to be on the receiving end of our mission and vision. ITinspired puts people first and provides them technology that positively impacts and inspires them and their business. Our vision is to be the company that changes the perception of IT and ultimately becomes a partner in helping a company grow and succeed.

One of the reasons we started ITinspired is that we see the gap between technology and the people who are actually on the front lines making a company run. Some people find technology intimidating or are a bit reluctant to embrace it because it’s new. Our job is to bridge that gap and show team members how technology can be used to increase productivity and make their job easier. All the while, we’re also behind the scenes working to ensure that the proper IT system is supporting company management’s goals and objectives and the business runs smoothly. We deliver our brand promise with what we call our “squad” — a group of very knowledgeable, highly energetic employees who have a passion for customer service.

While this award is recognition of our hard work, it will serve as a benchmark for us to continue our growth.
