We Can Work Remotely:
With the tools and technology we have in place, we can perform the majority of our work remotely. Utilizing resources like video chat, phone calls, and emails, we can manage, monitor, and maintain your IT infrastructure without having to be on-site. If you are having a problem and you’re not sure it can be handled remotely, give us a call – chances are it can.
If You Need To Exchange Or Drop Off Equipment:
In case you have to visit our office for an equipment exchange, we will follow state and local guidelines for a safe contactless encounter. Prior to your visit, please coordinate with us to receive specific instructions on the procedures to follow for your safety.
If We Have To Make A Visit:
Our primary concern is for the safety of our staff and yours. Any on-site work request will require additional management approval. If this type of request is approved, strict safety guidelines and procedures must be followed by both parties. This type of request will be approved only after all other avenues of repair have been exhausted. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
